| Description | Curie High School –
Civil/Site Landscape: North Archer Avenue Parking – provide ADA van parking, ornamental fence, chain link fence. South Archer Avenue Parking – removal and provision of trees. Pulaski Parking – provide ADA parking. Pulaski Avenue – provision of new trees.
Natatorium: replace existing doors and frames, patch and paint existing ceiling, clean throughout, repair cracks at pool deck, new floor tile at damaged areas, new drinking fountain, replacement of fin tube cover, refinishing spectator benches, resealing concrete floor at spectator area, and paint pool toilet & office. Provide new pool liner, caulk existing stainless steel gutter, replace pool ladders, infill existing recessed steps and provide IDPH signage. Provide new pool drain grates, replace clock/speaker unit, provide ALS, replace pool office lighting, and provide alarm strobes in pool toilets. Unisex Bathing Facilities: renovate (2) existing accessible bathing facilities – remove existing partition, combine existing showers to create (1) wheel-in shower. Provide accessible lockers and ADA bench. Provide new exhaust fan, new lighting, exit lighting, and replace existing outlets.
Girl’s Locker Room (including PE Office, Toilet and Shower areas): Clean all surfaces, patch and paint existing ceiling, replace lights, repair benches, reseal concrete floor, patch damaged/missing floor tile, refinish doors, replace existing toilet fixtures and provide new ADA compliant shower stall. Rod out floor drains, insulate traps and supply lines to lavatories, replace shower towers, and provide (1) wheel-in shower. At PE office - Clean existing floor and marble shower partition, repaint ceilings and walls, and provide new door. Boy’s Locker Room (including PE Office, Toilet and Shower areas): Clean all surfaces, patch and paint existing ceiling, replace lights, repair benches, reseal concrete floor, patch damaged/missing floor tile, refinish doors, replace existing toilet fixtures and provide new ADA compliant shower stall. Rod out floor drains, insulate traps and supply lines to lavatories, replace shower towers, and provide (1) wheel-in shower. At PE office - Clean existing floor and marble shower partition, repaint ceilings and walls, replace broken window, and provide new door.
Pool Equipment Room: Replace filtration system, existing hair/lint strainer, domestic make-up water piping and tank, and cast-iron deck drain piping.
Farragut High School – Natatorium: replace existing doors and frames, patch and paint existing ceiling, clean throughout, repair damaged tile at pool deck, repair existing terra cotta pool curb, remove existing spectator risers and patch floor as required, refinish existing pool office metal window frames, provide ADA compliant interior signage and new drinking fountain. Provide new pool liner and depth markers, new pool drain grates, safety ropes with buoy, IDPH signage and ALS. Replace lights, wall switches, receptacles and clock/speaker unit. Unisex Bathing Facilities: provide new unisex bathing facility with new entry door from corridor, provide new entry door to pool area, provide new accessible shower, WC, locker and ADA bench. Provide new ceramic floor and wall tile. Provide new exhaust fan. Provide new sanitary and supply plumbing service. Provide new floor drain. Provide new lights.
Girl’s Locker Room (Toilet and Shower areas): Clean all surfaces, patch and paint existing ceiling, and replace lights. Remove all existing lockers and benches and replace as per plans including ADA units and benches, refinish walls as required. Remove all existing shower stalls and replace as per plans. Provide new drinking fountain. Remove existing floor and replace with new tile floor. Replace toilet fixtures and reconfigure toilet rooms as per plans. Repaint existing pool office and replace floor. Replace existing hand/hair dryers. Replace supply and exhaust grills.
Boy’s Locker Room (Toilet and Shower areas): Clean all surfaces, patch and paint existing ceiling, replace lights, provide 5% ADA lockers and ADA bench. Provide new benches. Provide new drinking fountain, remove existing floor curbs and patch floor as required. Remove existing floor and replace with new tile floor. Replace toilet fixtures and reconfigure toilet rooms as per plans. Remove all and replace portions of partition at boys’ changing area. Provide new drywall partition and door at entrance to locker room. Replace damaged floor drains. Replace shower towers.
Pool Equipment Room: Replace filtration system, existing hair/lint strainer, domestic make-up water piping and tank, cast-iron deck drain piping, chemical fill system and electric pool heater. Provide new electrical service for new metering system.
Kenwood Academy – Natatorium: replace existing doors and frames, remove existing suspended ceiling and repaint structure above, remove drainable mat throughout and provide new ceramic tile floor. Repaint all non-glazed wall surfaces, install new ceiling-hung acoustical baffles and replace light fixtures. Re-caulk joint below existing pool gutter, remove and replace broken/missing tiles within pool basin and provide new pool drain grates.
Girl’s and Boy’s Locker Room (Toilet and Shower areas, and Athletic Director Office): Clean all surfaces, patch and paint existing ceiling, repair pipe insulation and refinish wood benches. Replace existing interior and corridor door and frame assemblies. Replace existing hand/hair dryers and light fixtures within single shower and toilet areas. At office - repaint existing walls and ceiling and replace existing floor tile, replace corroded wall plates, and existing clocks. Pool Equipment Room: Replace filtration system and connect to existing pump, replace the gutter overflow piping, replace the pool heater and associated piping, replace the existing hair/lint strainer, replace the existing acid metering pump, and replace the existing under-floor piping from the settling basin to the catch basin, remove and replace existing power fee and associated boxes and conduit for chlorine and filter system, and replace existing light fixture above sump pumps.
Laundry Room: refinish existing concrete flooring, repaint ceiling and replace entry door kick plate.
General: Install new direction; and ADA compliant signage, refurbish AHU, and replace damaged or corroded air grilles.
