- SENIOR ESTIMATOR
IHC Construction Companies, LLC is an ENR Top 400 General Contractor/Construction Manager currently looking for additional estimating capacity for our Commercial and Institutional Building Market in Chicago/Northern Illinois.
Successful candidate needs experience in: Hard dollar and conceptual estimating. Ability to price work at Schematic and Design development document phases. Strong knowledge of MEP systems and costs. History of pricing labor for concrete and carpentry related activities.
The job will be based at our Elgin, Illinois corporate office.

- PROJECT MANAGER
IHC Construction Companies, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for projects in its Heavy Construction Markets. Successful candidate should be willing to work in both the WWTP and Highway/Bridge market. Job will be based in our Elgin Office with project responsibilities throughout Northern Illinois. Full project responsibility from estimate to close out will be required.
